Sunset the project

Since no one maintains sass-lint, this project is only in a state of bit
rot. I'm tired of updating outdated Node modules for no purpose so I am
sunsetting this engine. Contact me if you want to revive it.

+No one maintains `sass-lint` anymore. It's been this way [since October 2017](https://github.com/sasstools/sass-lint/commit/52ccf2e1fa3e4d17d9f8f7bd748f7caf20830f30). As such, I am sunsetting this project and archiving it on GitHub. In the future, if someone revives the library, this can come out of sunset. But for now it's not worth the maintenance burden to maintain an unchanging piece of software.
