Dash to Dock Breaks Workspace-Restricted Alt+Tab Behavior in GNOME

I found the bug which blow my mind

I like to use 2-3 workspaces with opened apps and the main problem now - is that when i change the work space i can`t open my opened apps in another workspace. It open new app

Explanation:

Work space №1 - Mozilla app
Work space №2 - Terminal

I want to open My mozilla app from Dash to dock workspace №1 - and It open NEW APPLICATION Window((((

I found the solution by changing

Settings > Multitasking > App switching > Include Apps From All Workspace

But it broke Alt+Tab opportunities

Explanation

First work space - Mozilla, Terminal
Second Workspace - Files

Alt+Tab show ALL OF THIS APPS - not in Current work spaces
