This is due to a transitive dependency brought in via microbean-helm so this issue may lie there to some extent. The use of the os-maven-plugin should be documented or alternately include this as a direct/optional dependency of the plugin (since this is only required for HTTP/2 ALPN etc .etc.) so that it may be included/excluded upstream.
