Deploying helm chart in Azure Kubernetes Cluster

Hi,
Is it possible to deploy helm chart using this Java based SDK in Azure Kubernetes Cluster or in any other major cloud providers cluster ? Is there any other way to do it ?

If yes, can you please share some example documents links for references ?
