Refresh and Update Community Files

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve project governance and transparency, we need to refresh and update our community files, including:

• Governance documentation
• Security policies
• Maintainers and code owners' roles & list

This update aims to better reflect the current state of our community, considering its growth and evolution. Additionally, this effort aligns with our preparation for moving from the CNCF Sandbox to the Incubation stage.

Tasks

• Review and update governance policies
• Ensure security guidelines align with best practices
• Verify and update the list of maintainers and code owners
• Align documentation with CNCF Incubation requirements
• Commit GOVERNANCE.md update
• Commit SECURITY.md update
• Commit MAINTAINERS.md update
• Sync in all repos using our global replicator GitHub actions
