Airsim on Azure failed to load

Hi, i'm a new user of Azure and Airsim, i started deployment on azure, and suddenly i noticed that the deployment is failed, and i got the error message, Any Advice Appreciated !!!
Note : New created (airsim)VM is working, connected using login credentials..

Now what i should do to run the airsim on azure should i redeploy, please help !!!
