column minWidth

Hello,

When I define a column, the minWidth is not taken into account. The column always has the max width, even if I don't have enough space. I have a column I defined minWidth 200 and maxWidth 500, with no data : it always takes 500 width, and that creates an horizontal scroll because my screen is too small.

For info, I tried the DetailsList from FluentUI and it works.
