Missing buildings in a few areas

A few quadkey (z15) tiles are missing in the US areas after May 2024. The gaps match the 15-character length quadkey tiles. So, I am guessing that they were not caused by gaps in imagery.

A few tiles in a row near 32.80196N,117.17697W are missing most of the buildings (quadkey 023013221210301). They were present earlier. The reddish tiles have fewer buildings than the blue ones.

Most of the buildings missing in the tile at 26.268458N,80.107122W. They were present earlier.

There are more such areas. These images are prepared from Overture dataset that uses ML footprints as a major data source.

I caught this when working with Overture building data. OvertureMaps/data#201

The area in San Diego (32.80196N,117.17697W) has empty tiles in a sequence. Perhaps the script used to extract the footprints had some issue while processing those areas. Perhaps out-of-memory issue.
