Missing data (square pattern) in quadkey #83

In quadkey 023310300 (Mexico) there is missing data in the form of the sides of a square. In Bing maps (which uses the footprint data, I believe), there is building data in these missing parts. So somehow, there seems to be data missing in this dataset?

Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated!

This looks like a bug. Thanks for raising. Underlying imagery supports buildings here. I'll queue a refresh here for the missing locations.
