configure to access through proxy

Hi team,

I got error message when calling import function in power bi cli:

[ powerbi ] tunneling socket could not be established, cause =getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND 8080 8080:80

**

I think this issue relates my company proxy, could you please let me know how syntax to config proxy setting for power bi cli? (cause i'm using syntax npm config set proxy... to configure custom proxy for NPM and it' works)
