KeyError: 'LOCAL_RANK'

Giving the command "--local_rank 0 " while i still got the error "KeyError: 'LOCAL_RANK'". How can I solve this issue? my torch version is 2.0.0+cu118

I'm not sure if the message still helps. I think PyTorch changed the arg local_rank to local-rank in 2.0 version. See here.
