localboxcluster not getting created

I am trying to create the RG and I am not sure sometime it create localboxcluster and sometime now, everytime I am using same command and same main files. why it is happening. I am able to create some 16 resources, but not able to create localboxcluster this time, not sure what happened. Below is the command I am running

az deployment group create -g "localsandbox-RG" -f "main.bicep" -p "main.bicepparam"

@RamanDxc Could you check the Deployments-blade in the resource group to see if there are any errors and if so share here? If no errors are present there, could you share the logs from the C:\LocalBox\Logs directory within the LocalBox Client VM?

under Deployments of the resource group, I see hostVmDeployment , networkDeployment , stagingStorageAccountDeployment , pid-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, mgmtArtifactsAndPolicyDeployment and mainv -- all showing successful.

I logged to Client VM and ran Get-VM, I saw the AzLMGMT was not running, so I restarted service vmms and I see all three VMs running, AzLMGMT, AzLHOST1 and AzLHOST2.

I reran the command "az deployment group create -g "localsandbox-RG" -f "main.bicep" -p "main.bicepparam""
I though it might trigger the New-LocalBoxCluster.ps1 and work, but it is not working, I am not seeing localboxcluster. Although same steps I follwed yesterday and it worked, today I deleted that RG and created new with new name, not sure why not working today

Re-running the az deployment group create -g "localsandbox-RG" -f "main.bicep" -p "main.bicepparam" command will only provisioning anything on the Azure-side which is not already provisioned, it won`t re-run anything inside the VM as the command which triggers the automation inside the VM is using the custom script extension which is fired only once.

Looking at the log-files I noticed this:

VM AzLMGMT is now online
VM AzLHOST1 is now online
VM AzLHOST2 is now online
OpenError: An error has occurred which PowerShell cannot handle. A remote session might have ended.

Setting NICs on VM AzLHOST1

It seems like the VMs is not available even though they seem to have been provisioned.
If you open one of them in Hyper-V Manager, are the operating systems up and running?

The scripts are not idempotent, so if any error occurs mid-way like here the easiest is to simply re-create the rg and then re-run az deployment group create -g "localsandbox-RG" -f "main.bicep" -p "main.bicepparam" command
