The document on "Responsible AI in ISE" currently sits under "Machine learning".

RAI guidance should ideally be for all personas, not just ML practitioners, hence move one level higher. The resolution of the issue would likely include minor edits to the document that reflects its position at the root level.

There is a larger guidance this document could use with Generative AI use cases, that can be part of a separate issue.

@prvenk the content is not partitioned by personas but rather by type of fundamental, and this fundamental is for AI/ML projects regardless of persona -- the ML section should be relevant for all personas working with ML/AI projects - see for example the doc TPM considerations for ML projects

We want to avoid having too many top level items and instead group the docs per engineering fundamental or project type (as in this case), so I think we should keep it where it is. Perhaps you can elaborate on why you think it should move if it is for another reason than personas...
