We’ve heard from some Mona users that customers are encountering an error when trying to purchase a SaaS subscription, specifically about a Marketplace token resolution failure. This is usually caused by an expired Entra client secret. Here’s how to check if your client secret has expired.
If you’re still using Mona 1.0, follow these steps to check and replace your client secret:
If the client secret has expired:
