[Bug]: Run Q35 With AllocatePool() Prints Uncommented

Current Behavior

This carries forward an older report that prints inside the function would cause the function to be reentered infinitely.

Expected Behavior

Printing does not cause an endless reentry loop.

Steps To Reproduce

Place a debug print in the allocate function and boot to check behavior.
