Hi all
We are using the Microsoft 365 Integration plugin (version 4.3.5) in Moodle 4.3.6. There is a synchronisation issue between Moodle and Microsoft Teams. A specific example:
Course: 2526_QQQ_ABC501-A
- Moodle enrolment: 1,229 students
- Microsoft Teams membership: 881 students
- Discrepancy: 348 students are missing from Teams
Other individual courses (around 500 Moodle Courses) have similar issues. Most students are added successfully, but some fail to be added. As a result, the user membership in the Microsoft 365 group does not match the Moodle course enrolment.
I found a tool called "Re-sync users in Microsoft 365 groups for courses" under "Plugins > Local plugins > Microsoft 365 integration > Advanced > Maintenance Tools"
Can this tool solve the problem?
Is there any risk involved in performing a re-sync?
Can we re-sync members by course one by one ?
Or is there another solution to resolve this issue?
