Describe the bug
Opening one project, closing it, and opening another sometimes results in said second project "forgetting" which tiles.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a sufficiently large project with many tiles (Thats what I did, though it may not be necessary)
  2. Close that project (I press the logo in the top left to do this)
  3. Open a different project that also has tiles
  4. Sometimes those tiles get replaced with the empty tile or tile art from the project you were in before. The art is still there, but you have to go through the whole project and re-input which tiles map to which. (This may have something to do with that other SpriteKinds bug, but idk. I hope so, because then that bug could also get fixed!)

Expected behavior
No tile loss :-)

Then I went into this much smaller project and most of the blocks were the "transparency16" tile and some were replaced with the art of the first big project

latest IOS version, using the app version of Makecode instead of in the browser

I said I was gonna send the screen recording but I'm just gonna make a forum post about the bug
