Feature Request: Python Azure Functions ChatGPT Plugin Starter

Looking for a starter that's the combination of the following:

• sk-python-flask-chatgpt-plugin - currently not built for Azure functions
• sk-python-azure-functions - currently doesn't have the chatgpt plugin requirements like ai-plugin.json, etc.
