TS/JS service apparently crashed 5 times and did not restart. I was initially prompted to disable intellicode, but it still ended up crashing

Does this reproduce in the latest VS Code insiders build with all extensions disabled?

I'm not sure. For context, I am also getting another error from Copilot:

[ERROR] [default] [2023-11-21T23:34:02.209Z] Extension activation failed: "ENOENT: no such file or directory, uv_cwd"

Perhaps a restart might solve the issue.
