Enable sorting the output of WinGet List

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'd like to be able to sort the output of the list command.

The client should also have settings to specify the default sort behavior in addition to the arguments used to specify the sorting behavior.

While this capability is implemented, you can do:

winget ls | sort

The output isn't pretty but better than not having it.
