Issue with winget cli

When trying to use the winget cli I am getting error

Program 'winget.exe' failed to run: The system cannot find the file specifiedAt line:1 char:1

Steps to reproduce

Try to use the winget cli command in powershell

Expected behavior

I should be able to use winget to install packages

Actual behavior

It should install pacakge

I tried to run the Repair-WinGetPackageManager -AllUsers to repair the installation but it failed
