Find-WinGetPackage crashes PowerShell on Windows Server 2022

Brief description of your issue

Running Find-WinGetPackage onedrive on Windows Server 2022 (21H2) crashes PowerShell.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch PowerShell v5 as admin
2. Run Install-Module Microsoft.WinGet.Client
3. Run Find-WinGetPackage onedrive

Expected behavior

List OneDrive packages in the repository OR report there is missing component. Not just crash.

Actual behavior

Crashes PowerShell instance.

Additional information: I suspect the crash is because the full winget package (e.g. winget.exe) isn't installed. If I install the entire stack using the following commands, Find-WinGetPackage doesn't crash. The cmdlets probably need a bit more error checking at the start to report what's missing.
