[Pipeline Bug]: PRs get error -2147467260 in mass during seemingly random time periods. #340197
Description
It unfortunately seems to me like the dreaded "Internal-Error-Dynamic-Scan" error has, for lack of a better word, mutated into something even more cruel.
Now there are time periods of maybe 2-14 hours once every 3-5 days where almost all pipelines result in error -2147467260 (E_ABORT) and the "Needs-Author-Feedback" label, despite how starting a new pipeline after those time periods will have them succeed, and in at least one case where the logs can prove that they succeeded but where the pipelines threw the error anyway.
