[BUG] Microsoft Graph Toolkit - Teams Channel Picker - Channel search doesn't work when previously entered text is used

Description:
When I try to select a text that I had previously entered in the input, the channel picker component does not search for it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on channel search input.
2. After clicking we can see the Saved Info popup which is a browser feature that stores all the previously entered text.
3. Now if I select the text '365' and hit enter, the search does not take place (although there is a team/channel with that name).

Current behaviour
Channel picker does not search for the text that was selected from the Saved Info popup.

Expected behavior
Channel picker should perform the search.
