Provide docs in html format so I can read them on my computer offline? #2707

For folks with metered connections it might be nice to put the docs into the download package, and also do so as standard html files anyone can read. I manually downloaded them and tried Obsidian but it was insane when all you need is a damned viewer. So then I spent two hours trying to edit the md files so they're readable in a browser if you change the extension to html. By dumb luck I deleted just the right stuff so index (extension changed to .html) is working but can't get it with troubleshooting. It's now opening as a completely blank file so I can't continue to experiment effectively b/c can't look back and forth between browser and text file). So after two hours with only a single page of useful documentation, I'm afraid I'm going to have to leave it there. |

I’m thinking you can just git clone the repositoriy, then use a markdown viewer if you want to view the .md files with pretty formatting. If not then just read them raw in a text viewer. That’s what i do |
