Filter file list + misc list improvements #2745
Description
The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

Description
It would be very useful to either filter file list to only show supported types OR to allow arbitrary filter (just like filter streams).
Use case: open folder (with or without subfolders) with LLC project files + videos, and see them mixed in the file list:
Some more file list improvements:
- Surface number of segments in each file: XXXX.MPG (4)
- Add some icon if segments have labels or tags, emoji for sake of example, could be something more minimal: XXXX.MP4 (4,🏷️)
- Allow to disable segment that spans entire file (workaround is to clip it slightly from start/end then it can be turned off), then such files can also be hidden if needed (to unclutter working area)
