WORM BRAIN
Dev Setup Instructions:
Open terminal Navigate to where you'd like to store the worm brain files, then Run following commands:
vagrant up vagrant ssh
And you'll be connected to the VM containing the worm brain scripts. To execute: cd /vagrant python simulation.py
