I would like to see how much profit I'd be making from calculating the purchase price to the sale price.

It could be an additional field by the time of day turnips are sold.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have manually calculated it, but it is a pain to remember and calculate from scratch because it's not recorded anywhere else.
