Is there a way to limit the radius for which networks, tweets and images are shown?

Is there way limit the date range?
e.g. show me only tweets in a given area for the last 24hr?

I am planning to add the feature to limit radius and 'time' in the next 1 to 2 weeks. Schedule is a bit tight this week.
I will update this 'issue' once its completed.
