Confusion on case-sensitivity with consult-ripgrep and consult-grep - grep options(arguments)

I searched through the README page, by a keyword case, or sensit and found not results relevant on this.

And the Grep and Find section doesn't cover this.

In vanilla Emacs without configs, I've tried several commands like read-regexp-toggle-case-fold, or toggle-case-fold-search, but seem all not work.

While the input like #F# works case-sensitively in consult-riggrep, but not in consult-grep. The latter works case-insensitively.

And commands like consult-info behave like consult-grep as well.

How to make commands like consult-grep search case-sensitively? 🙏

Thank you so much for the reply.

It works by changing the --ignore-case option in consult-grep-args to --no-ignore-case.

But it doesn't support smart-case, but ripgrep does, so there's no option for that, now consult-grep is aliased to to consult-ripgrep in my config, and it works great.
