Sticky block lacks a recipe

I try craft sticky block, but inventory shows - no recipe. In almost server minetest, like Pandorabox, Tunnelers' Abyss - same problem. Sticky block disappeared. Return block in game please, if its possibly. Thanks.

From what I can see, mesecons_stickyblocks:sticky_block_all never had an official recipe.
What recipe would you suggest?

Can confirm. They also are not craftable in my server
