The current content of operations/concepts/availability-and-resiliency.rst implies that in a multi-pool deployment, losing one erasure set does not impact ability to access other erasure sets.

This is not true.

If any erasure set loses quorum, then the entire deployment becomes inaccessible.

I assume that if an erasure set loses write quorum but retains read quorum, the whole deployment goes to read-only.
