emoji-mart is awesome. I prefer the look-and-feel of this library to emoji-picker-react, though that one is beautiful as well, and emoji-mart's option to bundle the data rather than download from a CDN is exactly what I need. However, there's one killer feature in emoji-picker-react I don't see here: the quick reactions menu:
This one-line "frequent reactions" menu seems pretty common these days (on a quick survey, I see it in Slack, LinkedIn, and Jira, though not Facebook or Instagram.) Is this on the roadmap? Or is there a simple way to do it myself?

I started with emoji-picker-react as well but I wanted something much more performant. It froze my devices on first open. Emoji-mart is better in this regard. Hovewer I'm still using the reaction-picker component from emoji-picker-react still. I'm thinking to create my own reaction-picker with the help of emoji-mart
@komagroup sounds like we're in the same boat exactly. emoji-picker-react is too slow (and requires me to whitelist a CDN); this library doesn't have the quick reaction menu. What to do?
