Renovate should be grouping Ckeditor updates

# Description/Context
Renovate should group CKEditor updates together. We currently try to do this via https://github.com/mitodl/mit-open/blob/13b92101e5fc2ca615ee51162a1ba894d561675b/renovate.json#L11C8-L11C23, but that appears not to be working.
