Bulk updating STIGs/SRGs and potentially CIS Benchmarks in Vulcan

It would be very helpful if Vulcan had the feature built in to perform bulk updates to STIGs/SRGs and potentially CIS checklists similar to the functionality https://github.com/mitre/inspec-profile-update-action. Generally speaking, an instance admin would have the ability to pull the updates directly into Vulcan from Vulcan. This would help in an enterpirse use of Vulcan and help with keeping security checks updated.
