Tooltips for Model Configuration Panel [Enhancement] #195
Description
It would be helpful if each config option in the panel had a tool tip next to it explaining it's purpose and recommended values. While the initial values provide a good starting point, users sometimes lost this initial value by mistakenly clicking something.
