Transfer Annotations from one slide to another [Enhancement]

Currently, we save a whole set of annotations for a tomogram, and then import that into a new tomogram for further customisation and then training. Scientists expressed a need for a way to transfer individual annotations from one slide to the next. This would be useful for edge masks (see image). It is difficult to create these multiple times across each mask.
