"Center the image" does not visually update shape locations

When using the "Center the image" button in the lower right of the interface, the image correctly gets re-centered on the canvas, but the annotations sometimes are not moved to the correct position overlaying pixels as before.

Any zoom or pan action re-adjust the annotation locations to the correct position again.
