Please add the following Cityscapes Dataset as new Image segmentation datasets.

Dataset shall cover parameters like

• mode = c("coarse", "fine") for coarse or fine-grain dataset.
• target_type = c("instance", "semantic", "polygon", "color")

Output items shall be directly usable in draw_segmentation_masks() for target_type =c("instance", "semantic")
