Out of curiosity, as it isn't documented.

Does the ips-list.txt simply contain all ip addresses from your collected VPNs?

@CameronMunroe No only from proxy and tor exit node not vpn... This file is for sysadmin to block ips from "untrust" and potentialy malicious ips.
