Need data migration as schema changes

I'm loving manifest but I'm not finding any info how to do migrations over time.

@csells as of today Manifest uses synchronize mode (using TypeORM behind the scenes) which automatically adapts the DB to your data structure on launch.

We will soon integrate SQL migrations for better control, even if this adds complexity to the codebase
