Strange artifacts with mosh and neovim

I'm getting strange artifacts when using neovim + tmux + mosh. Sometimes the command bar doesn't get updated or it gets overlapped, sometimes characers are pinned at random points on my screen. Im using neovim 10.4 and mosh 1.4.0 on both client and server.

Chiming in to say that this fork also fixed all of my woes on macOS (mosh-client) connecting to a Linux machine (mosh-server). Would love to see these changes incorporated into the next official release if it makes sense.
