It's not supported. The library supports standard ports with the default connection modes which are used widely in Email servers. |

You should use port 25 as it already assigned for non-secure transport in all Email servers. |

Port 465 should not be used as it is not RFC compliant which it ever registered by IANA in the past for SMTP with TLS supports and now this port is reassigned to other service by IANA instead of using for SMTP. Some legacy Email service providers are still support port 465 for SMTP with TLS transport e.g. Gmail. You should use port 587 (secure with STARTTLS) and 25 (non-secure) instead. |

Hi Mobitz,
again a short question (hope that i didn't "overread" this in the documentation):
Is it possibile to use Port 465 for sending Emails but disable SSL/TSL?
My email-provider has this setting (strato): 465 but SSL disabled.
Best regards
Daniel
