Issues about convert Generation Model to Huggingface-like format

Thank you for your excellent job.
I have finetuned the model with our own data. It occurs to me that the finetuned model is under the format of 
zero_pp_rank_0_mp_rank_00_model_states.pt
I am wondering how to convert pts to the Bin file as you provided in the huggingface model.
