Reproducible Example

assert series._query_compiler._modin_frame.to_pandas().columns.nlevels == 1
Issue Description
series._query_compiler._modin_frame
should have a single-level column index.
Expected Behavior
series._query_compiler._modin_frame
should have a single-level column index.
