Reproducible Example

import modin.pandas as pd

series = pd.Series([1, 2, 3], name=(3, 'a'))
assert series._query_compiler._modin_frame.to_pandas().columns.nlevels == 1

Issue Description

series._query_compiler._modin_frame should have a single-level column index.

Expected Behavior

series._query_compiler._modin_frame should have a single-level column index.
