Bug with MODX 2.8.3.

Summary

Hello! After update to MODX 2.8.3. don't work any settings from clientConfig. I see it with placeholders and method $modx->getOption()
Problem finished when i press button save config

Step to reproduce

Need update MODX to 2.8.3

Environment

MODX 2.8.2 -> 2.8.3
ClientConfig 2.3.0
PHP 7.3. Mysql 5.7
