Modoboa extensions installer

Hello,

I did not find this function. It doesn't seem to exist.

It would be useful to be able to install (and upgrade) an extension separately using the modoboa-installer.

#sudo ./run.py --install <moboboa-extension>

The "--install" is only a suggestion.
