[Feature] Study에 Student 참가 신청 기능 #5

기존에 Student address를 admin이 알아서 setStudent 하는 방식에서,

Study 생성 후 특정 기간 동안 신청 기간을 받고, 신청 기간 동안 신청한 학생 주소 중 선발해서 student를 세팅하는 기능을 구현해보겠습니다.
