Change compatible MODX versions in the modstore catalog

The extension works well on MODX version 3.0.3, tested on several sites. In Modstore the available MODX version for installation is less than 3, which does not allow to install the package through the package manager, only to download it through the github. This makes it difficult for regular users to access.

It is advisable to check compatibility with version 3+ (everything works fine for me) and change the available versions for download in ModStore.
