Remove testing requests after being completed

The Problem

It would be nice to have an easy-to-read layout of testing requests that need fulfilling, but currently older requests are being covered by new ones.

Possible Solution

Remove testing requests after an hour or so from their resolution.

I'm not sure if we really want this. IMO it's good that the backlog of what tickets have been tested is visible.

It's also not as if missing one testing request is very bad – users could just simply repost. I'd consider the testing channels to be way less strict than the regular request channels, since everyone has access to them and can test any ticket.
